A roll cage gusset is a small reinforcing component added to a roll cage, typically at the joints where tubes meet. Its primary purpose is to strengthen the connection between intersecting tubes, distribute stress more evenly, and reduce flexing or movement in the structure during a crash or extreme forces found in Motorsport and Off-Roading

Common Types of Roll Cage Gussets:

1. Flat Gussets: Triangular or rectangular metal plates welded into the corners of tube intersections.
2. Tube Gussets: Short sections of tube welded diagonally between intersecting bars.
3. Dimple Die Gussets: Flat gussets with flared holes (dimples) pressed into them, which add rigidity and reduce weight.
