ROPT510® Cold Drawn Seamless steel tube is an FIA and MSUK approved high-strength, cold-drawn steel tube developed for motorsport and performance applications offering excellent strength, ductility and consistency while providing a cost-effective alternative to premium aerospace-grade tubing.

AISI 4130 steel tube is a high-strength chromoly alloy steel offering an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, toughness and weldability. Widely used in motorsport, aerospace, aircraft and performance applications. Often produced in Imperial Dimensions

BS4 T45 steel tube is a high-strength, seamless carbon-manganese steel tube widely used in motorsport, aerospace and high-performance applications, offering an excellent combination of strength, toughness and lightweight construction.

ProForm®700 steel tube is a high-strength alloy steel developed for motorsport and performance applications, offering mechanical properties comparable to T45 at a more competitive cost. It provides an excellent combination of strength, consistency and weldability, making it ideal for roll cages, chassis and other lightweight structural applications.

Tube profiling transforms round tube into oval, flat-sided oval, and streamlined/aerofoil profiles while retaining the benefits of high-performance tube grades. ProFormance Metals can re-profile materials including T45, 4130, 25CrMo4, ROPT510, aluminium, and stainless steel, with small-batch production available from a single length.
