One of the many services that we can offer is the Re-rolling of round tube into various profiles such as Streamline, flat sided Oval and true oval tube.

We are able to produce a section in batches from as little as 1 length with facilities to cold draw the profile should larger quantities be required.
The material options can vary from CDS mild steel, BS4 T45, 15CDV6 (1.7734), 4130 Chrome-moly to aluminiums and titanium tubes.

The adjustable tooling allows for many sizes to be produced allowing greater option in design and manufacture whether it be for Motorsport, Aerospace, Defence or just purely aesthetic purposes.
